WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you will be stored on servers in Curaçao.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services relating to the betting platform and Services. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

  • a right to request an explanation of the logic involved where we make decisions about you solely through automated means;
  • a right to complain to your national data protection regulator;
  • If you are unsure about your rights or are concerned about how your personal data may be processed, you should contact your national data protection regulator.
  • a right to object to direct marketing, which can be done by opting-out of direct marketing either unsubscribing via email or by emailing us with a request to [email protected]. You also have a right to object to any profiling to the extent that it relates to direct marketing only.

Please be aware that whilst we will try to accommodate any request you make in respect of your rights, they are not absolute rights.
